Job TitleField Service EngineerJob DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer in the Northwest region, you will be providing best-in-class customer service by utilizing your strong technical skills. As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to delivering the right data, context, and approach that will transform our business and positively impact our customers.
Your role: Manage customer relationships through effective technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assist in service repairs, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations.
Identify and solve customer issues, providing appropriate communication and involving Service and Sales teams as necessary.
Operate with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a team member of the Service delivery team in the Northwest region, reporting to the Area Service Delivery Manager.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.

You're the right fit if: You hold a University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Technology, or another relevant engineering major.
You have previous hands-on experience servicing medical or high technology equipment, with demonstrated repair and troubleshooting skills in one of our modalities.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English.
You can demonstrate superior customer service skills daily.
You have a driving license and are willing to travel across the Northwest region.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
