As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment. It is a role that will see you going out on the road to visit our customers on site. Resolving issues and providing exceptional service, you will ensure we achieve optimal customer satisfaction. This position is initially indicated to be covered in Granada and neighboring areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment.
Deliver technical training essential for a particular business or function.
Broaden knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.
Utilize understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work.
Resolve issues that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Required Qualifications
A diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology, or solid experience as Field Service Engineer.
Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving.
The ability to plan and organize your work effectively, and to work with minimal direction.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of the English language for effective communication.
Desired Characteristics
Experience in Medical Diagnostic Imaging equipment is desirable.
The ability to manage other people and resources.
A strong business acumen with an understanding of customer behavior.
