This is a great opportunity to work with technology that is central to what makes us successful.Main duties and responsibilitiesProvide on-site installation and setup of all printers associated with the Inkjet product lines;Give initial and on-going formal customer operator and printer maintenance training;Provide periodic on-site trouble-shooting and repairs on printers that may be experiencing complex electrical, mechanical or pneumatic problems;Provide detailed technical feedback and liaise on a regular basis with our customer call center;Provide service & support to exhibitions;Work remotely with customers to accurately identify equipment issues and provide technical information and repair guidance in order to pinpoint the necessary solutions to reported issues;Participate in after hours support activities on a rotating basis.Job RequirementsMinimum two-years mechanical/electrical engineering qualification;Previous work experience in mechanical, digital and electronic technology;Demonstrated strong commitment to customer satisfaction;Ability to trouble-shoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component level;Very good knowledge of PC, Macintosh desirable;Knowledge of large format printers and/or presses and printing applications desirable;Knowledge of inkjet printing, color theory;Proven ability to provide training;Good communication skills, team-player;Flexible for traveling within the territory and sometimes abroad, on very short notice;Fluent in English and local language.We move quickly, with the purposeful intention of solving a problem, accomplishing a goal, and ultimately making a difference for our customers, partners, colleagues and shareholders.
