Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers.You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is hybrid, although mostly in-person. This role is contributing to the Motion Service in Madrid.You will be mainly accountable for:Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleAt least 2 years' higher education or an electrical engineering degree.More than 4 years in jobs like: commissioning, maintenance, technical assistance in motors and generators.Ability to demonstrate your experience in electrical engineering; working as a technician with motors and generators.Safe and ethical leadership attitude; good understanding of functional safety standards and project practices.Dedicated team player with a strong customer orientation.Spoken and written Spanish native or high level.Good command of English, additional language skills are welcome.Leadership and Initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Available to travel and adjust working hours.Valid driving license for Spain are required.What's in it for you?Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Motion and have a visible impact on the future.
