As the Service Coordinator your role is to schedule Schneider Field Service Engineers (FSEs) & External Service Partners and parts to fulfill our customer services requirements - these include Assessments, Start up, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts.
You will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients' needs.
You will validate time, materials & expenses reported by internal FSEs /external Service Partners required in the service process.
Essential Functions Optimise FSEs allocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely fashion.
Apply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customers.
Schedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project, Enterprise & mid-market or Services sales and Start-ups in conjunction with the Project Department.
Manage external partners services (quality, time etc).
Ensure customer database is kept up to date for future reference (for the service, sales and project teams).
Coordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval to provide the best service to our customers.
Manage internal and external orders.
Control customer credit worthiness.
Create new customers in the database (reactive mode).
Create fixed price T&M (Time & material) for reactive mode intervention and validate.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Technical qualification related to Industrial cooling/HVAC/refrigeration or similar (FP, Bachelor, Professional certificates).
3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
Knowledge & Skills – Required: Strong computer skills such as word, excel, email etc.
Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers.
Fluent Spanish and intermediate English are mandatory.
Strong time management skills.
Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Tactful and effective at dealing with difficult customers who need our support.
