Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
As a Field Sales Representative (Jr. Sales Development Officer), you will be responsible for developing referral networks and extending market reach. Additionally, you will be maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients by visiting and helping them solve issues and concerns.
Other responsibilities include: Meeting sales targets from successful negotiations with existing and potential customers in accordance with the Basic Call Procedure within a set territory.Achieving collection targets for active accounts and effectively clearing outstanding balances from inactive accounts, adhering to company policies and industry standards.Building and maintaining relationships with covered customers by engaging in effective negotiations to ensure positive customer experience and support sales growth.Effectively and efficiently managing coverage planning, organizing documents, prospecting new customers, merchandising, and promotions, maximizing the utilization of the SDO's tools of trade to achieve exceptional results.To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications: College graduate preferably with a degree in Business (Management, Economics, Marketing) or Engineering.Preferably with at least one (1) year of sales experience.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate product benefits, present ideas clearly in both verbal and written formats, build rapport with customers, and drive successful sales outcomes.Negotiation and persuasion skills, focusing on winning customers through benefit selling.Strong prospecting and lead generation skills through strategic and proactive methods resulting in increased business opportunities and revenue growth.Account development skills to build and maintain goodwill across all customers in the assigned territory.Excellent organization and time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance field and non-field activities to increase productivity.Collaboration skills through sharing and application of best practices to deliver good results for FELCO and its customers.About FELCO
