Field Sales Representative

Job description:
We are strengthening our team in Sales Support at our location in Madrid.
As part of our Trailer Div CVS team located in Madrid (Spain), the technical sales desk will be in charge of supporting our Trailer customers for all ZF related products. He/she will work with the customer, providing outstanding technical sales and support, establishing firsthand connectivity to customer engineering as well as fast onsite problem solving, diagnostics, and immediate support.
What you can look forward to as Field Sales Representative: Technical & sales support to customers (phone, email) Document editing (Adobe Acrobat) Ensure the internal products process (PLM, SAP, and Cognos) Prepare and deliver successful technical training courses Documentation & software translation Visit key customers with sales rep or area manager Collaborate with national and international teams across the EMEA region Your profile as Field Sales Representative: Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree preferred) Experience in technical product support Adobe Illustrator proficiency Good MS Office knowledge, with Excel at expert level Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation Entrepreneurial driven self-starter Independence, analytical thinking, good organizational skills, and clear prioritization of tasks Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish The compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
