We are strengthening our team in Sales Support at our location in Madrid. As part of our Trailer Div CVS team located in Madrid (Spain), the technical sales desk will be in charge of supporting our Trailer customers for all ZF related products. He/she will work closely with the customer, providing outstanding technical sales and support, establishing firsthand connectivity to customer engineering as well as fast onsite problem solving, diagnostics, and immediate support.
What you can look forward to as Field Sales Representative: Technical & sales support to customers (phone, email)Document edition (Adobe Acrobat)Ensure the internal products process (PLM, SAP, and Cognos)Training: Prepare and give successful technical training coursesDocumentation & software translationVisit with sales rep or area manager at key customersCollaborate with national and international teams across the EMEA regionYour profile as Field Sales Representative: Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree preferred)Experience in technical product supportProficient in Adobe IllustratorStrong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientationIndependence, analytical thinking, good organizational skills, and clear prioritization of tasksFluency in written and spoken English and SpanishThe compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
