As a Field Sales Executive, your primary focus will be understanding customers' needs and motivations for transitioning to solar energy. You will be responsible for visiting customers who have scheduled appointments, as well as actively seeking out new customers through door-to-door activities. The position offers flexibility in working hours, covering Monday to Sunday, five days a week, with shifts available from either 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm.Responsibilities Identify, prioritize, and execute the customer acquisition plan for the region, including proactively finding new customers through door-to-door activities.Familiarize yourself with customers' information when provided during their inbound registration to prepare for interactions.Establish connections with customers, adapting your communication style to their preferences while representing Sunhero professionally.Identify and understand customers' needs and motivations through effective questioning and active listening.Collaborate with our engineering team to develop optimal solar energy solutions based on customer requirements.Present personalized designs to customers, highlighting the advantages of transitioning to solar energy with Sunhero.Provide technical advice to customers regarding the installation of our products in their homes.Provide timely follow-up and support customers throughout their decision-making process.What we would need from you to be successful in this role?
