Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for the overall sales performance of the assigned branch/s. The position is responsible for agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies and plan at the branch level through effective leadership and execution skills. Is also responsible for supporting the dealers/key account relationship-building efforts of the assigned branch/s.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Booking
Leads, develops, guides, and nurtures Top Agents, Dealers/Agents in securing additional revenue for the Branch.
Conducts weekly and monthly huddles/alignment with the Agents.
Assigns monthly booking quota to the agents and ensures its attainment.
Creates localized marketing programs to increase the volume.
Assists in the roll-out of all Salesforce training programs in the Branch.
Attends to all Branch related meetings or alignments.
Submits monthly progress report, call sheets, and itineraries to marketing with a cross copy to the Branch Manager.
Delivers sales targets of the assigned branch/s in terms of metrics defined by the Company.
Ensures proper execution and tracking of results of company sales and marketing activities on branch level.
Responsible for the attainment of agent recruitment and booking per agent.
Proposes District and Branch specific sales programs through consultations with Operations, Regional Sales, and Marketing.
Agent Recruitment
Maintains a core number of top agents and their immediate downlines.
Develops new Top Agents whether from the outside of from existing group of Agents through the candidacy program.
Monitors and conducts performance reviews among the top agents on a monthly basis.
Conducts opportunity meetings for all recruited agents.
Conducts Quarterly Sales Meetings that will recognize and reward high performing agents.
Ensures harmonious working relationship between the Agents and RFC Branch Staff.
Develops defined essential skills of each agent in coordination with HR and Sales Training.
Administrative Function
Ensures high quality and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Submits a weekly itinerary to the Regional Sales Manager with a cross copy to the Branch Manager.
Develops a monthly work plan for the branch/s with defined activities and schedule to be submitted to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Business / Marketing course graduate or equivalent.
At least 2 years of selling experience.
Experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantage.
With motorcycle and a professional driver's license (restriction code 1,2).
Self-driven and entrepreneurial. Personable with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino. Fluency in the language of the assigned area will be an advantage.
