Job Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach and Client Acquisition:

Travel across designated territories to identify and approach potential clients.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential clients to meet their needs.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients to encourage repeat sales.

Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer preferences.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide detailed updates to the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and sales techniques.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Customer Service:

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Provide expert advice and solutions to help clients optimize their use of the company's products/services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in B2B Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies sales and client relationship management.

Knowledge of regional markets and customer demographics (Pangasinan, La Union, CAR, Ilocos Sur & Norte).

At least 2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical supplies sales, particularly in field or roving sales roles.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

8 hour shift.

Day shift.

Experience:

Sales Field Work: 1 year (Required).

Pharmaceutical and Medical Sales: 1 year (Required).
