Job OverviewWe are looking for a Field Operations Assistant to manage installation schedules and handle permit applications. You will ensure projects comply with local regulations and are completed on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate installation appointments with clients and technicians.Prepare and submit permit applications to appropriate agencies.Track permit statuses and address any issues or delays.Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams.Maintain organized records of permits and installation documentation.Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Experience in permitting, scheduling, or administrative coordination.Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes.SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking capabilities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Nice to HavesExperience in the construction or utilities industry.Familiarity with permitting software or databases.Understanding of GIS mapping systems.About YouYou are meticulous and efficient, with a knack for navigating regulatory requirements.
