Information about Agilent is available at.Role overviewAs a Marketing Program Manager (MPM), you will be responsible for defining, designing, and driving the development of effective regional marketing programs in alignment with the regional business strategy to support customer acquisition, funnel growth, and revenue generation for Agilent's pathology business.Advocate for customers through an intentional customer-first approach and champion brand.Key ResponsibilitiesPartners with regional sales leaders to identify regional business priorities and initiatives and develops regional Marketing Program Strategy to support those.Contributes to global Marketing Programs Strategy representing the regional needs and opportunities.Augments regional impact of global marketing campaign by increasing internal awareness and complementing with regional activities where appropriate.Works with the regional Sales channels to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel.Serves as point of contact for the regional sales channels for Solution Unit requests and reciprocally provides the field perspective to the Solution Unit.Collaborates with peers to integrate program strategies cross-portfolio to align with customer needs along the buyer's journey.Works closely with the EMEA Marketing communication specialist team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix.Measures and evaluates short- and long-term impact and ROI against goals; implements adjustments as required.Accountable for meeting Marketing Program Budget quarterly targets.Ensures campaign related content meets regulatory, medical and legal approvals as required.Responsible for defining channel training requirements linked to program execution.QualificationsBachelor's degree or master's in Pathology/Genomics/molecular biology/biochemistry/biology/medical science or equivalent.Background in Pathology (through education or field experience): 3-5 years' experience within Pathology/Hematology/Genomics business, preferably with 2 years in sales and/or marketing.Strong knowledge of the Pathology technologies and good understanding of primarily the clinical market within EMEA.Desirable International business experience in a marketing role in pathology/hematology/genomics.Effective project management and organizational skills.Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
