Field Logistics Expert - (Q-200)

For our 200 MWp EPC Project located at Antequera, Spain, we are seeking to hire an experienced Logistics Expert to be present on-site and responsible for the day-to-day execution of the project in terms of procurement and logistics on site.

Main responsibilities:Perform sourcing for subcontractors and vendors for specific project works;Coordinate the deliverable resource requirements;Purchase materials for the PV project from local suppliers and coordinate the delivery to the project site;Ensure that resources are delivered in the right quantity, condition and on time;Read and understand specifications and requirements regarding the project and its execution;Participate in meetings with contractors and subcontractors;Keep daily communication with the construction team representatives and summarize the information about the project progress;Communicate with Client to ensure that all information and documents are submitted on time;Prepare acceptance protocols, licenses, certificates and other documents required for closing project milestones or contracts;Perform project cost control and reports on spending on vendors and subcontractors. Your profile:Relevant experience in procurement and logistics in the construction or PV sector (on-site);Fluency in English and Spanish language;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
