About The Role: The product lead will work with the Product Owner to represent the needs of the global FIM community (~5,500 users across all divisions). The product lead will learn FIM business practices to articulate their requirements into the gFIM platform.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Help identify business requirements, write and groom user stories, and validate product features and design.Execute test scripts Salesforce and integration releases during informal and formal user acceptance testing.Communicate product updates back to business stakeholders frequently through different channels - demos, release notes, training documentation/videos, and user guides.Provide end-user support and escalate/manage unresolved issues.Working with other teams where necessary.Facilitate train the trainer and end user training sessions.Resolve issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User Centered Design methodologies to execute on product development, implementation and operations.When applicable create reports and dashboards in SFDC to show adoption, trends, etc.Support team meetings (standup, grooming, retrospective, gFIM update) and help plan and facilitate stakeholder and end-user meetings/workshops.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.Experience with agile framework.Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Outgoing, willingness to interact with business, technical and user stakeholders frequently.Collaborative and flexible working with a diverse team.Strong data analysis skills: able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions.Preferred:
