**About The Role**:
The product lead will work with the Product Owner to represent the needs of the global FIM community (~5,500 users across all divisions). The product lead will learn FIM business practices to articulate their requirements into the gFIM platform.**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Help identify business requirements, write and groom user stories, and validate product features and design.
- Execute test scripts Salesforce and integration releases during informal and formal user acceptance testing.
- Communicate product updates back to business stakeholders frequently through different channels
- demos, release notes, training documentation/videos, and user guides.
- Provide end-user support and escalate/manage unresolved issues. Working with other teams where necessary.
- Facilitate train the trainer and end user training sessions.
- Resolves issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.
- Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User Centered Design methodologies to execute on product development, implementation and operations.
- When applicable create reports and dashboards in SFDC to show adoption, trends, etc.
- Support team meetings (standup, grooming, retrospective, gFIM update) and help plan and facilitate stakeholder and end-user meetings/workshops.**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience with agile framework
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Outgoing, willingness to interact with business, technical and user stakeholders frequently
- Collaborative and flexible working with a diverse team
- Strong data analysis skills: able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
