While in the FEP, you will develop in-depth technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills. This is a unique opportunity to go through our in-person and online training curriculum as well as learning from experienced Technical Field Advisors with on-the-job training.

You will gain hands-on experience and grow your career whilst traveling to provide power to communities. Upon successful graduation from the Field Engineering Program, you will be eligible for a Technical Field Advisor position working on Aeroderivative Gas Turbines.Role Responsibilities:Providing on-site technical direction during start-up, commissioning, and maintenance on customer-owned power generation and industrial facilities.Providing installation direction and routine maintenance inspection guidance, including repair and rebuild for equipment with varying sizes and application types.Preparing job-planning documents as required.Providing input for Daily Outage and Weekly Installation Reports in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner.Communicating schedule details, project milestones, resource requirements,

quality issues, problems faced, and tools/equipment to key stakeholders.Special Role Requirements:Able to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments.Willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments.Skills for Success:You should be fluent in English, with a strong technical competence and passion for engineering
