Qualifications:

A heart to serve the poor
Must be a graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
Willing to be assigned anywhere in LUZON AREA
Willing to do both field and office work
Experience in financing and fieldwork is a plus
Willing to be trained in Head Office (Cubao, Quezon City)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Motivate and form new groups (clients/members)
Provide loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses
Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentation, and weekly center meetings
Implement orientation
Maintain good relationships with clients (new & existing)
