Duties & Responsibilities: Motivate and form new groups (clients/members) Provide loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentation, and weekly center meetings Implement orientation Maintain good relationships with clients (new & existing) --------------------------------------------------------------------------
