About The Role We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Peripheral Interventions Team. This person will be focusing on continuous training (internal team and customers) and help us develop the technical knowledge & execute programs to enhance and differentiate the Boston Scientific brand, products, services and solutions in the market.
Your Responsibilities Will Be: Marketing activities Support the design & implementation of product launches Partner with marketing teams to coordinate the different trainings (digital & face to face) Training programs for Healthcare Professionals Internal training programs for the Peripheral Interventions team Support the development and execution of strategic actions and their follow-up on demand Follow-up with the team members to ensure all the internal documentation is ready on time before the events Support the Marketing team and the Field Clinical Specialists to lead a system to assess the internal knowledge of the team and establish a personalized development plan to reach the required level per function Business Intelligence & analysis reports Generation of reports on demand (related to center-specific sales, market, technical characteristics of a procedure, etc.) Mapping competition information of interest to be shared with the Sales Force & define new strategies Clinical activities Support in the Cath lab to Health Care Professionals (HCP), including timely assistance in the operating room as part of your training, always accompanied by a Field Clinical Specialist/Sales Representative in PI Back Office activities Management of shipments to the PI team or hospitals/clients Support in the tender's management Support to the Sales teams, marketing team or business development What Do We Look For In You Be a recent Bachelor's or master's graduate (2023/2024) with a Biotechnical Degree or Scientific Degree Strong written and verbal English communication skills (level B2 or higher) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Organized personality Communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Be proactive in generating ideas to improve training outcomes Want to learn and develop within a commercial setting Be willing to travel across Spain and be away for up to a week at a time What We Can Offer To You 12-month paid internship (1000€ gross per month + tickets restaurant) Working in an international environment Attractive benefits package Inspirational colleagues & culture A team-oriented company culture Possibility to make an impact Fast Growing and innovative environment.
