Field Auditor

Job Responsibilities:Prepare audit plans based on the scope of the audit and the company's operational areas.Review and gather relevant data, policies, procedures, and financial records before on-site visits.Conduct audits at various locations, evaluating compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and financial accuracy.Examine financial statements, transactions, and processes to identify discrepancies, risks, or potential fraud.Evaluate operational activities to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.Collect audit evidence, including documents, interviews, and system data.Analyze audit findings, comparing actual performance to standards, policies, and procedures.Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.Ensure all departments or sites audited adhere to industry regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.Ensure tax laws, labor laws, and safety regulations are followed.Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for improvements.Report discrepancies, non-compliance, and inefficiencies to senior management or stakeholders.Work closely with internal teams, management, and other auditors to obtain accurate data and ensure smooth auditing procedures.Assist in identifying financial and operational risks within the organization.Help develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry practices.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Auditing: 1 year (Required)
