Job Description: The Field Applications Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics provides excellent customer service while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team
Provide professional support and training to customers
Maintain customer support logs and internal records
Develop commercial awareness through cross-functional support of the business
Requirements: University Scientific degree
Minimum 1 year experience in Clinical Laboratory
Fluent in Spanish and English
Able to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis
Able to travel and provide service in assigned geography
Additional Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work part-time at the customer location and part-time remotely from home.
