As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Life Science Business Unit.In this role you will:Technical and Laboratory Support Provide technical and laboratory support to customers, ensuring their needs are met.Act as the advisor to users throughout the sales process, effectively communicating with medical and technical staff.Offer technical and clinical support as a subject-matter expert.Sales Support and Customer Engagement Maintain and grow customer account sales.Help sales representatives maximize their sales time, focusing on key account development and customer acquisition.Promote Sysmex products and services actively.Provide insights to the sales department about user habits, needs, and recommendations.Collaborate with the sales team to define technical offers, user-specific solutions, and Sysmex sales strategies.Product Demonstrations and Training Organize and lead product demonstrations for users, including technicians and healthcare providers.Train users across all shifts and roles to ensure effective product utilization.Plan and execute demonstrations for complex sales and collaborate with the sales department on strategy.Scientific Expertise and Communication Deliver scientific updates and contextualize our portfolio for customers.Provide critical differentiation to users, influencing their decision-making process.Identify and present effective arguments to enhance the offer's value to users.Event Participation and Collaboration Organize and participate in local events to promote Sysmex laboratory technology and diagnostic value.Interact with other Sysmex resources, including services, specialists in other areas, and Business Sector Managers.Market and Competitive Intelligence Gather competitive information and understand user sensitivities, reporting to marketing and sales teams.Share feedback to help shape strategies and improve customer experiences.What you need to be successful:Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biological Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or similar).2–5 years of experience in a similar position.Experience with molecular techniques such as NGS, RT-PCR, and FISH.Willingness and availability to travel 80% of the time.Proactivity to improve processes and suggest solutions.Strong autonomy and self-organization skills.Critical thinking to identify potential value and opportunities.Adaptability to handle complex situations and make quick, effective decisions.What's in it for you?Flexible working hours and hybrid work model.Subsidized gym membership.Free access to our Learning Management System.Referral program bonus – When you introduce us with people as talented as you.Baby-friendly company.Excellent, dynamic, and multicultural environment
