Key Responsibilities Perform product demonstrations and training at customer or company sites; deliver product line specific pre-sales activities.
Prepare and present seminars to a wide array of audiences.
Support the organization in the achievement of the regional commercial, service, and support goals.
Tackle customer partner concerns optimally through in-depth troubleshooting.
Remain up to date with product and ground-breaking scientific know-how and work in line with our Support & Service Competencies.
Keys to Success Education MSc or PhD in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Stem Cell Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific field.
Experience Experienced working with flow cytometry instruments.
Laboratory experience to include expertise in sample preparation and accurate controls.
Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal form.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Customer-facing experience is an asset; good commercial insight and demeanor required.
Strong communication skills; capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contacts in English.
Travel Flexibility to travel throughout area of responsibility (50-75% of the time). Valid driving license required.
