You will provide immediate technical support, advice, and prepare quotations (including calculations) supporting the sales force to sell products and applications that create an appropriate solution to the customers' requirements and budget, in compliance with the company's sales strategy.Responsibilities: Provide immediate technical support to the sales force within the sales process.Prepare sales quotations (including calculations) for customers in coordination with the Account/Sales Manager.Join and support the Account Manager or Sales Manager during sales preparation, presentations to customers, and/or negotiating processes.Check final customer purchase orders and sales contracts against initial quotations and clarify/solve any discrepancies.Review (commercial and financial) terms and conditions.Responsible for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).Set up customer projects in terms of schedule and work packages for the preparation of technical documents (descriptions, drawings, etc.)
to start the production process.Handle customer requests/questions about signed contracts and check changes against the agreed quotation.Develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.Maintain efficient and reliable quotes administration.Ensure updates within the CRM system.Ensure contract review and project follow-up.Follow up on milestones and completion of work packages.Comply with the Company Quality, Environmental, and Safety rules and regulations.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (graduate) or equivalent level of competence.3-5 years of relevant experience within a relevant industry, preferably with commercial experience.Good knowledge of power electronic products and solutions.Must have at least 2 years of experience using AutoCAD.Good knowledge of assigned markets and customers.Understanding of commercial/contract law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
