Your mission? Work closely with our sales team, customer support and product development together in all technical aspects of battery systems and renewables.The candidate will be a critical part of our pre- and after sales team, and responsible of engaging with key customer and distribution partners securing and incorporating Cellect products and services through the coordination and on-site engineering experience. We are looking for someone who has deep technical knowledge, and a desire to grow and to be at the forefront of the energy storage technology industry, driving innovation and sustainability.Key responsibilities- Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Clarify technical queries and resolve issues in collaboration with our product development team.- After-Sales Support: Address and resolve technical issues faced by customers using our solutions.- Integration Process: Assist in the technical integration of new energy assets into the Cellect services, working with project management and product development teams.- Regulatory Review: Monitor and review standards and regulations impacting service capabilities across different markets and applications
