You'll collaborate to create customer-driven products and solutions for our most important customers in Robotics & Automation.You'll assist customers in understanding technical product capabilities and finding the best fit for their needs. You'll communicate and demonstrate our value proposition in collaboration with sales teams to win business.Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with commercial team members to identify key customers, assess needs, and recommend solutions.Works closely with new product developers to fully understand all key features and provides suggestions for their improvement and usability in customer applications.Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and execute sales strategies and launch products and applications to key customers within Robotics & Automation.Provides pre-sale product/technical support to ensure proper product specification and selection as needed.Ensuring applications meet the needs of customers, anticipating, and resolving technical roadblocks throughout sales process.Assisting in prototyping, costing, testing, and validating new applications in Robotics & Automation using our products.Visit key customers (along with territory managers), to provide application/system level technical assistance/guidance.Attend conferences, write articles, and in general work on technical materials aimed at the promotion of our technologies (not product promotions) within Robotics & Automation.Required Experience, Education And SkillsPossess a B.S
