The PositionDesign and implement data programs and analytics platforms to extract actionable insights from CENTRIENT's data, thereby enabling improved business outcomes.
Main Activities and ResponsibilitiesEnd to end accountability for analytics projects.Scope and stakeholder management.Design, vision, road mapping.Staffing, testing, UX, and execution.Change management for the sustainable success of the project.Educating the entire function in areas related to advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.Data management and algorithm selection.Business question formulation and how to leverage various new technologies.Drive cultural and mindset change within CENTRIENT toward knowledge and use of analytics.Manage relationship with IT vendors and related budget.Create sustainable value through the implementation of AA/AI projects.In collaboration with the CIO, the head of analytics is also the architect of Centrient's advanced analytics platform.Minimum RequirementsMaster's degree in engineering or computer science.7 years of experience in analytics with a minimum of 3 years in advanced analytics and machine learning.Knowledge of SAP analytics products, Microsoft Power BI, and AWS marketplace (GitHub, dbt, Snowflake).Communicate effectively to a very diverse audience.Ability to lead and influence (both up and down hierarchy/ability to make things move).Great team player.Fast learner, open and value/result-oriented.Ability to lead a geographically distributed team.Terms and RewardWe offer a local contract in a challenging, comprehensive, and operational environment, with many opportunities for personal input and plenty of discussions with other professionals.
