Description: onhunters is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER to join an interesting project in ATHENS for MELIA ATHENS.
Your main duties are planning, coordination, and management of all hotel departments and the correct strategic alignment plans established by the OWNER (franchisee property).
Functions: Lead the overall management and support all departments in the achievement of exceptional guest service.
Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression.
Adapt, promote, and implement strategies and action plans to achieve the established goals.
Revenue Management, control costs, and identify areas of opportunity to achieve the business plan.
Requirements: Essential advanced language skills in Greek & English .
Spanish shall be considered positively.
