Could you be the full-time Facility Manager in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your import/export expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to our installations maintenance and general services management. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (demand planning, supply chain), assure that the installations work efficiently and safely, and much more. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Coordinating and supervising tasks carried out by the maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work performed. Planning and coordinating renovation, repair, and improvement projects for facilities. Managing general services, including cleaning, security, catering, and other support services. Ensuring compliance with safety, industrial safety, health, and environmental regulations. Managing the budget of the facilities and general services department, controlling expenses and optimizing resources. Conducting regular facility inspections to identify and solve potential problems. Participating in the negotiation and renewal of contracts with suppliers and supervising the quality of the work performed. Implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and facility safety. Collaborating with other departments to support daily operations and general maintenance and service requirements. Maintaining updated records of all maintenance activities, general services, and legal control. Developing and managing energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. Conducting and participating in periodic energy audits to identify energy savings opportunities. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
