Job Title: EMEA Pricing Business Analyst GraduateEMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, Our Mission and Statement: We create and maintain EMEA Pricing Policy, we build processes and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing strategies. We share best practices across the organization, drive price awareness across the organization, and aim to be the go-to team for any pricing topic within it. We support the EMEA organization in complying with achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with the business, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing solutions.

Pricing Business Analyst Graduate Role and Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Pricing Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on acceptance criteria.Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements.Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
