What You'll DoTo operate and optimise key services, processes, and information flows to meet the needs of our studio and teams.
In this role, you will: Be responsible for surfacing and communicating data that enables informed leadership decision-making at all levels of the organization.Be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of studio operations.Develop and maintain the resource plan that supports our strategic plan and balances the needs of the business, teams, and individuals.Establish a robust process for ensuring that staff moves are planned and happen as planned with full involvement of individuals and stakeholders and that we can track actual movements against the plan.Be responsible for ensuring that Mediatonic receives the services and support needed from Epic central teams.What We're Looking ForExperience maintaining and improving dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all data.Experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining processes and systems for studio operations and supporting functions.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proven record of staffing plan and forecasts, accompanying analysis and reporting.Experience in setting up clear company goals and measures for central/support teams.Familiarity with 'EOS' framework would be an advantage.EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEWe pay 100% for benefits except for PMI (for dependents).
