What you will do: The Southern Europe Cluster Demand Execution Specialist is responsible for planning inventory per sales forecast, administering physical inventories, analyzing stock control records, recommending replenishment plans, updating inventory records, controlling inventory accuracy, troubleshooting inventory inaccuracies, and preparing reports to keep service management aware of potential trends and shortages.
As a Demand Execution Specialist, you will also support supervisors, vendors, and staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns related to inventory policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain operations within the Southern Cluster.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
Report on execution of supply chain best practices to internal stakeholders.
Analyze inventory levels, inventory positioning, and production and sales forecasts to identify potential trends, shortages, and backorders.
Support improvements to the inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and to minimize errors that could affect the replenishment systems, financial position, credibility, or overall operation.
Prepare special reports, statistics, and graphs to analyze inventory data and communicate insights to service management.
Support SLOB process and optimization initiatives in the Southern Cluster following guidelines.
Troubleshoot severe inventory inaccuracies and implement permanent resolutions.
Execute and maintain inventory policies and procedures and provide information and assistance to stakeholders as needed.
Coordinate deployment of regional operations projects within Southern Cluster.
What we are looking for: +6 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven ability to analyze inventory data and develop effective inventory management strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
