Global Mobility Senior Manager (EMEA) Job Summary: Provides consultative services for the movement of employees across international borders. Responsible for regional stakeholder management which includes mobility business partnering and strategic support for regional efforts.
Liaises with business stakeholders to ensure understanding of cross-border options as well as any compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities: Move Management: Manages the movement of employees across international borders. Drives cost-effectiveness of cross border solutions. Oversees the regional implementation and execution of global policies and processes.Communication Strategy & Delivery: Develops regional mobility communication strategy. Creates mobility communication content and structure. Reviews feedback to mobility communications for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management: Builds the regional stakeholder engagement framework. Builds and continuously develops effective external networking channels. Proactively elicits and analyses feedback from regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.Metrics: Designs the distribution, content and format for mobility metrics and data.Research: Performs external market research on trends and regulatory changes as they impact Global Mobility & Immigration.Vendor Management: Partners with global vendors to deliver a quality service across the region. Partners with global vendors to bring about continuous improvements.Projects & Initiatives: Contributes to the development and roll out of mobility projects and initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional leads on new process rollouts. Provides continuous feedback on new projects and initiatives.Personal Development: Proactively seeks opportunities to keep developing mobility expertise. Qualifications: 7+ years' experience in Global Mobility & Immigration.Experience of senior stakeholder management in a multinational public company.Bachelor's degree. GMS, GMPD or CRP certifications preferred.Subject matter expertise in global mobility and immigration, including tax, legal, compensation, visa, and work permit implications.Ability to operate and influence in a matrixed environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
