As a Live Expert on our team, you will:
Demonstrate products and features on a video callIncrease sales and market share through your interactionsDeliver excellent customer service on each call by answering queries efficiently and confidentlyMaintain an expert understanding of productsMerchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventoryScriptwriting and translationsCreating and presenting training contentSupport for filming tasks as required including potential out of hours working Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
