As a Researcher at Garaje de Ideas, you will bring data-driven insights to projects that represent the voice of users, collaborating hand in hand with design and product teams.
This is what you will do: Conduct exploratory (qualitative and quantitative), generative and evaluative end-to-end research processes, from choosing the methodology, sampling and managing capture, conducting fieldwork, analysis, report creation, and presentation and communication of results.Validate, and also challenge, design decisions through research.Translate the results obtained into actionable insights that aid in design decision making.Communicate and defend research results to various audiences and stakeholders through reports and presentations.For that, we need you to have experience in: Techniques such as usability testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, co-creation sessions, etc.Defining research objectives, identifying the appropriate methodologies for each project, executing the analysis and synthesizing the results.Identify user motivations, needs and problems, and generate insights from them.Be a native or bilingual English speaker.At Garaje we like people who: Take pride in their work, give the best of themselves, always have fun, are brave and take risks, learn from mistakes and love what they do.Our attitude is defined by the passion with which we get involved in our projects, the empathy and closeness we show towards our clients, and our ambition to go beyond what is right.
