With digitalization, Siemens Mobility is enabling mobility operators worldwide to make infrastructure intelligent, increase value sustainably over the entire lifecycle, enhance passenger experience and guarantee availability.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensure that RAMS requirements are met on the developments under his/her responsibility.Ensure that all necessary documents (hazard analyses, TSRs, safety cases, ISAs, etc.)
are available on time and budget.Deal with the certification authority in terms of strategy and problem solving.Manage the relationship with other internal departments in order to meet customer requirements in terms of reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.Be responsible for the safety, verification and validation of the products developed in his/her area of responsibility.Deal with financial planning, headcount, and resource allocation in projects under his/her area of responsibility.Manage works in multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that goals, objectives, and timelines are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.Ensure that the security requirements are fulfilled in the products.Participate in the definition of technical solutions, both from signaling and safety point of view.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in electrical/electronic), physics or maths.More than 5 years' experience in Rail Signaling business.More than 2 years' experience controlling resources and executing projects on time and budget.Knowledge in railway signaling systems and technology: CBTC and ERTMS solutions required.Ability to set priorities and to take decisions.Knowledge on CENELEC standards.Experience in Requirement Management and validation topics.Strong self-motivated person with natural focus on target achievements.High level of communication and negotiation skills.Fluent English.Availability to travel.Self-confident, proactive, analytical thinking.Continuous improvement mindset.Proactively identifies areas of innovation, opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.Goal driven with customer orientation and team leadership.
