Responsibilities: Contribute towards technical requirements of all products/features.
Understand the business logic to propose enhancements to end-user areas.
Work as a senior developer 50% of the time with your own deliverables.
Collaborate in the design of online integration solutions for Transaction Monitoring and Screening products based on APIs, microservices, MQ, and Kafka messaging.
Manage team members' workload and support new joiners with their expertise.
Assist junior team members with their career plans.
Collaborate in project plan creation and follow-ups, assessing team commitments and escalating issues when necessary.
Experience: Sound experience in distributed architectures, both synchronous (API REST) and asynchronous (Kafka, MQ); Springboot framework isa must.
Knowledge of security concepts related to OAuth2 and SSL certificates.
Broad SQL relational database knowledge.
Extensive knowledge of cloud computing environments.
Project management skills; PM certification appreciated.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to address messages and detail levels appropriately within the organization.
Conflict resolution capabilities to foster creative thinking and manage diverse views for consensus solutions.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Python, ElasticSearch, and WebServices (SOAP).
Exceptional work ethics, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a multi-skilled distributed team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GIT.
Strategic thinking and an innovative attitude to challenge the status quo.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge: 7+ years of experience in Springboot framework software development.
Other Information: Fluent in Spanish and English.
