.The Opportunity: We are currently hiring an Engineering Manager to join us at commercetools, supporting the Omnichannel Team.Your Mission: You are responsible for the people and culture in your team. You are vital for making your team a better place by growing your people and investing in your team's health, motivation, career, culture, and team building. You foster a culture of mutual constructive feedback and support in your team, ensuring that everyone feels safe to express their ideas and suggestions. You conduct great 1-1s with your engineers. You are responsible for the delivery and the processes of your team, crucial for getting things rolling and ensuring a smooth delivery. You remove blockers and seek process improvements collaboratively with your team and your Product Manager. You are curious instead of certain and on a continuous journey to improve your team. You live and breathe our tech vision and consult the engineers accordingly.
