It is ours; it is clean, and it is inexhaustible.Can you help us connecting people to 100% green energy?**What will you do?**The disrupting growth path of Holaluz since its beginning and its current situation as a listed company has generated the need to complement the Operational Finance Team with a profile that ensures a consistent Purchasing Process and compliance with the industry standards in terms of quality, quantity, price and sustainability. From the strategy point of view, the Head of Purchases will become a key profile in Holaluz, because from her decisions (always agreed with the corresponding team) big amounts of money will become compromised in the future as expenses and investments.The Head of Purchases will work with stakeholders across the business,
particularly with the Technology teams to plan an optimal Purchases Strategy according to the Company's Long-Term Strategy and aligned with the Purchases Policy and its requirements for approvals, thresholds, etc.**We expect from you to**:- To manage the Company's purchases (technology; hhrr services; outsourced services in legal, finance and technology, hardware, fixed assets, etc) with each Team Manager.- Technological suppliers will become the focus at the beginning.- To manage all documental support and keep it properly in order and under control.- To help when renewing existing contracts and find new opportunities from other suppliers that might provide a similar service for better price or better assistance.- To write a Purchases Policy to be approved by the Board of Directors that works for all HL teams and compliance from the sustainability point of view.- To implement the necessary internal controls to ensure the Purchases Policy is followed and accomplished across the Company.- To coordinate with other teams which Purchasing Roles: Solar, Marketing, Call Centers (Sales and Customer Care).- To find the best vendors, not only from the cost point of view, but also considering service, reliability, efficiency, flexibility in their conditions, which means to look for better options that current suppliers, valuating ESG ratings and their willingness to join HL's Purchases Policy from the Sustainability and ethical sides.- To negotiate and agree the best contractual conditions for Holaluz and be able to find an agreement point happy for both parts in order to ensure a long-term relationship with that partner.- To control the quality of products and services delivered according to the contractual conditions.- To collect all necessary requirements before starting a new Purchasing Process considering the current situation, identifying current needs and activate improvement plans and its corresponding KPI's.**How will you do it?**One of our values is #KeepRowing, meaning that teamwork and team alignment is essential to be able to move forward and meet our shared objectives.At Holaluz we have built a robust and constantly iterating organizational system, which allows us to adapt to the constant changes demanded by the sector and to achieve the purpose we pursue, using various methodologies, including SCRUM. At Holaluz, meetings and decisions are made collaboratively,
feedback flows between the different teams and support between people is promoted.**Where will you do it?**Another way of **#KeepRowing** is rowing all together in perfect synchronization and towards a common goal, and what a better place to do it than in our offices in Barcelona, just 200 meters from the sea.
