Organon has a diverse portfolio that aims to empower women to make the right health choices for them with an ambition to help women achieve their family goals.
Our core expertise is in reproductive health, with a focus on contraception and fertility and a commitment to expand into areas that address other diseases and conditions that impact her health throughout her life.
We will go beyond the traditional areas of focus in women's health to address conditions that are unique to women and that disproportionately affect her or have an especially heavy burden.
With more than 140 therapies that are being investigated by multiple companies across the women's health industry, our goal is to add value by identifying and advancing the most promising opportunities for women.
A PURPOSE - A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY! This position is included in the Women's Health Business Unit and will be responsible for our Fertility Portfolio (current and new brands), working closely with Global, the Marketing Lead, other Marketeers and Customer Facing Roles to lead the strategy in the fertility area to make Organon become a distinctive partner in women's health by delivering impactful medicines and solutions and aspiring to help shape the fertility journey of the modern family.
The strategic pillars will leverage Organon's purpose to make a difference, add value to our key customers and top accounts, and maximize our portfolio while preparing for future opportunities.

To demonstrate in-depth knowledge of and ability to manage a multi-product portfolio by assessing portfolio performance and developing strategies to maximize the portfolio rather than individual products or services; to determine the right part of the portfolio in order to best serve account/customer needs and interests.To help define the Fertility transversal strategy of Women's Health with a focus on creating robust value propositions to gain access and differentiate from competitors.To co-create innovative business plans and strategic projects to ensure engagement of key accounts and to become a preferred partner in this sector, together with other Marketeers and Business Units.To demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the trends in a specific environment, being in the key Social Media, Forum, Societies and different sources for information.
Previous experience in reproductive health will be valuable.To collaborate with various functions, including Operational Excellence, Business Development, Finance and other areas to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans.Education:
