We are seeking an experienced Federal Tax Attorney with 5 to 15 years of experience advising on U.S. federal tax matters, particularly in cross-border tax issues for high-net-worth individuals and business entities. This role offers the opportunity to provide legal guidance on a wide range of U.S. federal business and personal tax issues, working with clients ranging from multinational corporations to emerging technology companies, as well as high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities Advise clients on U.S. federal tax matters, including cross-border tax planning and compliance.
Provide tax counsel to Fortune 500 companies, privately held businesses, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Assist clients with tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other complex business transactions.
Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance with federal tax regulations.
Represent clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities.
Stay updated on federal tax law changes and assess their impact on clients' tax strategies.
Skills and Qualifications 5 to 15 years of experience advising on U.S. federal tax matters, with an emphasis on cross-border tax issues.
JD from an accredited law school, with a focus on tax law.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal tax regulations for both business entities and individuals.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, and business entities on tax-related matters.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple clients and projects.
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
