As Client Sales Advisor based in one of the most exclusive beach resort destinations in Ibiza, thisretail opportunitywill support theseasonaltrading of two concept stores working in a team of five Sales Associates under the direction of the Concept Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Theobjective is to deliver against key performance indicators to achieve sales targets, (store and staff), through thedelivery of an engaging and personalised first-classcustomer experience, expert product knowledgeand expertise in clienteling.
The successful individual must be living inEurope, be fluent in English andbe able to drive as this is a beach destination.Adaptable and flexible you must be a naturalcommunicator confident in engaging with a luxury clienteleand motivated by the opportunity to experience the worlds of luxuryfashion and luxury beach hospitality.
This incredible destination is frequented by a discerning global clientele including celebrities and VIP'swithan eye for unique andrare objects and vintage andluxury fashion.
As a seasonal resort-basedrole in Ibiza the stores open in April and close in October. This opportunitywillsuit an individual with experience in theluxuryretail, customer service, entertainment,salesor hospitalityindustries. A full driving license is required to travel to and from the location.
Main Responsibilities Deliver against store and personalKPI's (key performance indicators) set by the Store Managerto consistently achievetargets supported by regular training. Ensure the client experience is a transformational one from start to finish. Deliver a first-class customer experience conveying a deep knowledge of theproduct,building relationships and understanding preferences. Follow operational standard guidelinesin the handling of stock, visual merchandisingand aftersales procedures. Participate in seasonalstore events. Participate in weekly training andmonthly reviews to deepen product knowledge, visual merchandisingability and clienteling practices. Essential Skills Luxury retail, customer service, entertainment, sales or hospitalityexperience is beneficial but not essential. Luxury goods or luxuryfashionexperience isbeneficial but not essential. Ability to deliver against KPI targets as an individual and part of a team. An affinity for buildingrelaxed andnaturallyflowingconversations. Excellent communication at all levels. High levels of enthusiasm and motivation. High standards of personal presentation. A proactive and flexible team player. Fluent English is essential, additional language skills are beneficial. Full driving license and a car to travel to and from the location.
