In this role, you will be responsible for connecting business with the technical capabilities by designing, proposing, and implementing new requirements and enhancements of existing solutions.
With frequent engagement with business leaders, customers, consumers, and the IT organization, you will be evaluating how technological changes can drive value within organizational and feasibility constraints.
This position will oversee all responsibilities, services, and deliverables related to Websites and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze: Existing requirements, processes, data, trends, market, and define scope.Analysis and Documentation: Communicate perceived opportunities and document business/functional requirements against market trends and existing/required processes.Scope Definition: Create scoping documents to align business requirements.
Provide input for business case creation and resource planning.Development of User Stories: Estimation and tasks.Design: Drive early business/functional designs, high-level solutioning sessions, and assessments in terms of efforts (resources, time, budget, skills).Facilitate Design Thinking: Journey/Experience Mapping to understand business goals and connect with technical capabilities, data flows, etc.Facilitate estimations sessions: With experts in the areas of Digital, Websites, and Marketing Related Services.Define & Design Solutions: Create functional requirements, propose and translate new requirements and enhancements into functional requirements.Business Needs: Translate business needs into relevant solutions in line with customer objectives and IT strategy.Quality Assurance: Prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with specific requirements and ensure compliance with GxP regulation and Galderma standards.System Integration: Facilitate the integration of new solutions, replacing local systems with global ones, and support the maintenance model.Documentation Coordination: Coordinate the creation of User Stories, Knowledge Bases, documents, solution testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Consultant Contact: Be the primary IT contact for tasks performed by external consultants. Skills & Qualifications Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements to derive requirements, user stories, epics.Understand Product Value.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Project management / coordination capabilities.General understanding of IT applications and Business Capabilities.Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are advantageous.Agile / Scrum Certified.Product Owner Certified.Knowledge of Google Cloud (GA, GTM, SEO, Site Mapping).Websites Hosting.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Knowledge & Certifications (Consultant or Marketeer).Salesforce Service Cloud (desirable).
