EU Patient Affairs/Corporate Affairs InternshipWhat we offer: Working in a global companyConnection to other areas of the company360º pharmaceutical company learning experienceBased in the company's headquarters in Sant Cugat (corporate office, close to decision making and senior leadership)Part of an international corporate/public affairs teamSupport the EU Corporate Affairs team (focus on patient advocacy and engagement, including some policy and government affairs initiatives, both at regional and national levels)You will directly report to the EU-Lead for Patient Affairs (based in SC) and closely collaborate with the global Corporate Affairs team and colleagues from several functions at the headquarters and offices across the EU regionGet the chance to build up valuable experienceInternship program from 6 to 12 monthsAcademic aid and free meals in our canteenMain responsibilities: Event-planning: Support on the organization and execution of internal and external events/meetings; participate in events and meetings and prepare reports (lead by Grifols/patient organizations - Barcelona-based); KPI/reporting on the different initiatives lead by Patient Affairs EURelationship building: Support with the communication between internal and external stakeholders; serve as the liaison in projects where several areas of the company are involved (cross-functionality)Patient-focused content: Support on the design of internal/external strategies to increase patient engagement and disease awareness; collaborate in employee engagement initiatives; participate in the conception of disease awareness campaigns; support on the preparation of presentations for internal and external events; monitor patient organizations, reference institutions and KOLs activity on social media (social listening)Others: Support the EU Patient Affairs Team in various tasks and responsibilities, daily office, and administrative work/internal procedures; SC headquarters site support; support on the design, management and launch of ongoing/new programs for patients and patient organizations; coordinate small projectsWhat you bring to the team: You are studying a bachelor or master's degree preferably in Public Affairs / International Relations / (Health) Politics / Marketing or similarYou have some understanding of the EU key Health politics and authorities, environment, and decision-making processesStrong interest and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health issues and patient care, EU policy making processesYou are both a team player and an individual contributorCollaboration spirit, willing to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholdersYou have a sense of responsibilityEmpathic and outgoingAttention to detailCreativityExcellent PowerPoint skillsContent creation and storytelling ability / Social media knowledgePhoto/video recording and editing skillsStrong interpersonal, organizational, communication and writing skillsAdvanced level of English (B2.2 and above) and Spanish required; Catalan, German, French or any other EU language are considered a plusLast but not least, you are enthusiastic, curious and proactive with a can-do attitudeLocation: SPAIN : España : Sant Cugat del Valles : SC2
