Your tasks: Cross functional stakeholder management in close collaboration with the team leads and product managers of the department. Support departmental projects and help drive strategic efforts.
Your responsibility will also be to ensure the sustainability and scalability of solutions. Help drive a user-focused mindset by collecting user requirements and needs, identifying and measuring user value and translating these into tangible outcome-oriented action items for the teams. Assess the existing stakeholder engagement processes within our department and help establish a clear communication path to build a community of users. Develop and manage ownership and responsibility agreements between the stakeholders/collaborators and the Data Science teams to manage expectations. Support the management of our internal service portfolio and responsibilities. Your skills: Degree (or higher) in Information Systems, Business IT, natural sciences or related disciplines. Basic/theoretical knowledge of the latest developments in Data Science and corporate data landscapes. Excellent analytical skills, but also creative, out-of-the-box problem solving. Proven stakeholder management experience and skills; experience as a product owner is a plus. Ideally, you have working experience in agile methods such as OKRs, Kanban, Scrum. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to modulate information flow to various hierarchy levels in English (no German required).
