Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you plan and oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, working within the evolving scope of Flight Centre's PMO. You demonstrate ability to adapt & comply to processes, templates, and team systems. Focusing on delivering medium sized internal projects and providing PMO administrative support, the Project Manager will be responsible overseeing projects independently across the EMEA region as well as supporting the team in the delivery of larger/global programmes of work.Project Management (80%) :Meet the guidelines and adherence of the Flight Centre Project Management Methodologies including documentation workflowDay-to-day aspects of initiating, validating & delivering projectsProvide regular progress reporting for stakeholders and the wider businessClose liaison with Systems Architects, PO and Business AnalystsIdentify and present budgetary costsDevelop and manage project plansTrack project risks, actions & decision points and escalating themFacilitate project review and stakeholder meetings, presenting progress, risks and decision pointsAdministration (20%) :Monitor resource allocation across projectsEnsure project resource/time is trackedChair and prepare material and reports for you and your teamKeep key stakeholders informed of progressOrganisational SkillsQualified in Project / Program Managing using leading methodologies (Agile or Prince2 Practitioner)Experience in delivering a project(s) end to endExperience of Project Management tools i.E
