The role reports to the Vice-President Human Resources EMEA.Your missions in Crown Under the Swiss Principal policies and guidelines, the successful job-holder will provide the lead in ensuring that all matters relating to employment of people in Spain are met while providing practical support and guidance to plant Human Resources Managers, Plant Managers and Regional Manufacturing Director in achieving the overall provision of HR input, policies and programmes for the region whilst complying with legal requirements, corporate directives, policies, standards and pay and labour agreements. The scope of the role is to look after 3 plants, 1 sales office and 1 administrative centre.You will have a strong input in Human Resources budgets resulting in the efficient, cost effective operation of the business and continuous development of all employees. Operate as the Go-to person for the region and a communication hub for the local HR team ensuring information flow and sharing of knowledge. Provide direction, guidance and counselling to the local Plant and Business team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues.Ensure all employees understand work health and safety requirements and expectations, through induction, instruction, training and supervision. Effectively drive relations with Trade Unions to ensure an open and honest culture at all levels of the business. Supervise any negotiations in any plant in the region ensuring wage negotiations meet budget, negotiate any agreement to facilitate its implementation in the region. Handle employee relations and any relevant labour issue in the region. Ensure country office HR manuals, employment letters, country supplements, employee handbooks, HR policies and procedures are developed, continuously monitored and are compliant with local laws, Corporate standards and HR best practices.About you Master's degree in Spanish Employment Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 10+ years of experience in all-rounded Human Resources, preferably from multinational company or with regional experience, with a proven track record with labour relations matters and ability to align HR strategies with broader business goals. Willing to work internationally (e.G. cooperate with Group HR, international projects, etc.). Strong communicator, with excellent listening skills, able to connect/bridge/create synergy in between Operations and Group. Results-oriented, analytical and strong business acumen approach
