Responsible for leading and coordinating a team in order to implement an ERP system. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the business processes being automated by the ERP system, as well as the technical aspects.
Your ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ERP implementation project (worldwide).Collaborate with delivery leads, and create sound governance & decision support.Validate business requirements and translate them to the technical team.Project manage international vision.Become part of the Fluidra's Business Transformation Office team enforcing the project management methodology and transformation project culture inside the organization.Guarantee correct project planning and interdependencies, constraints, and needs identification (scope understanding, deliverables, risks, resources, and change management).Drive the execution of a business transformation program being proactive and working very closely with the main business and IT stakeholders involved with the aim to ensure the execution on time and quality of the needed tasks.Promote, plan, organize, follow-up, evaluate and present the progress of the initiatives of the program.Guarantee the cohesion and precision of the initiatives' status information in the program management platform, achieving to be the single point of truth of the transformation program.To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need a Positive Attitude and the FollowingBS / BA Degree in Engineering (IT, Industry) or similar. Project Management Mastering, PMP, ACP, and Scrum Master certifications are valuable.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on experience in both Agile and Waterfall projects.Change-prone mindset, able to build processes and organize work with focus on results in a fast-paced change environment.Creates positive impact, can influence using effective relationship skills and foster team collaboration.
