Responsibilities
Will include, but are not limited to the following:
Engage with business finance teams to support understanding and timeliness of financial deliverables.Lead the Planning and Forecasting processes handling all collaborators' relationships, preparing all materials for management reviews, and highlighting key trends as well as risks & opportunities.Prepare all quarterly financial information and analysis to support the Quarter End Earnings release process, partnering with the Investor Relations team to consolidate financial analysis & reporting, providing detailed business performance insight.Design and build presentations for Executive and Board level audiences.Develop a strong working relationship with all the various teams spanning multiple business divisions and keep up to date with monthly business reviews to be in sync with current business and industry trends.Drive companywide financial analysis and overviews for the CFO and Finance leadership team.We'd love to meet you if you have: The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.A minimum of 10 years' experience in controlling and financial analysis and at least 4-5 years in a Corporate FP&A position.Strong analytical skills with confirmed proficiency in financial modelling and experience manipulating large data sets from various sources, interpreting data trends, and extracting business insights.The ability to listen actively and ask relevant, incisive questions, as well as confident, independent thinking that communicates an analytic point-of-view to finance and business partners.Proven working experience with reporting tools like ANAPLAN Planning and SAP.Good communication skills, personal organization, and rigor, as well as attention to detail.Fluency in Spanish and English is compulsory.We are looking for ambitious and curious individuals with an international outlook, who want to join a growing company where creativity harmoniously combines with long-term vision.
